FALL 2023 REAL RUSH RANKINGS + HOUSING

Wether you like it or not, housing and sorority relations are the only things that make a frat good at JMU
1. KA / DSIG (KA has GB and Main which are basically the best 2 houses in Harrisonburg, DSIG runs downtown area and they both mix together. Both seem to have a great rep with girls and get relations with top sororities)
2. SNU / PIKE (SNU has always kind of been PIKES younger brother but with PIKE loosing everything because none of the landlords want to have them as tenants they’re going to get carried or SNU might join KA and DSIG they started to mix last semester. PIKE has good relations with top sororities but that’s mainly because the older guys that are now gone so we’ll see and SNU has pretty good relations as well )
3. PHI PSI / ATO / ASIG
Rest don’t matter at all unless your a bot lmao
