News flash, no frats have “old” or “new” money, sure an alumni can donate to the school but if there truly was the money your talking ab we’d have real frat houses and not rent from matchbox realty.

to be fair, the reason we don't have real houses and a real fraternity row is because JMU doesn't want to pay for the land. Most national fraternities have said they would pay for housing for us if JMU bought the land, but they're not gonna buy a random house for us if it's just some dinky house in downtown harrisonburg. Only if JMU buys land for our own row
