ATO is even with phi psi. Granted, they are ranked pretty much the same for different reasons. ATO is “old money” Phi Psi is “new money.” They are like when kids are getting chosen for a pickup basketball game and the two of them say “Package!” So then they have to be on a team together. If phi psi is “good” so is ATO if ATO is top teir 3 so is phi psi
