Overall decent rankings but I'd change a few things:
1. Pi Kapp gets moved into the same tier as Asig, Tchi, and Kap Sig, but they're the lowest of the bunch.
2. KDR gets moved into the "mid" tier. Still a hot take so I get it if ppl disagree
3. ASA is moved to the lowest of the top. They're still up there for their fraternity relations, but as someone in greek life, most people that aren't in ASA really don't like them, guys and girls alike. Way to full of themselves. Also they like to sweep under the rug that half to the majority of their fall 2022 pc(or was it 2021) were not supposed to receive bids and they messed it up. They accidentally gave out bids to girls that weren't supposed to get them and the ones they wanted to give bids to didn't receive them and went to other sororities. Idk man just kind of something that gets swept under the rug.

Kdr being mid tier isn’t a hot take. I went to their pig roast thing because of lax and it was probably one of the best dartys I’ve been to at jmu. That’s coming from someone in an upper mid fraternity.

Good list. I think KDR did have a great pig roast and are really nice guys. Let’s be honest, JMU isn’t known for having cute guys and most get girls just bc of being in a cool frat so on looks, most are equal. Being a nice guy goes a long way so props to them.
ASA isn’t nice and not liked by guys and girls and most girls are mid so they drop. Last at top or dropping to next group.
Move Trisig up with Zeta and Theta is last in that group or down below.
