2. SIG NU (good rep, good relations, good houses, is kind of pikes little brother tho feels like
3. PIKE (bad rep but have good relations with top sororities, no houses may drop soon)
4. ATO / DSIG (not really sure what’s gonna happen with dsig but they are both solid housing and relation wise

next semester pike won’t have Main (loosing it to ka and they won’t have there gap house (loosing it to kdr)

Yeah but their sorority relations are still top tier, arguably the best on campus so even without housing they will still be relevant, but will slowly fall off through bad rushes
