Non white srat pres

I know that in a lot of frats there’s poc on exec and at least one has a non white president and that never effects their ranking. Now that half the srats have diversity chairs the chances of having a non white pres go up for all of those. Would a top srat having a bon white pres drop them to mid? Would having a non white pres raise a bottom to mid?

Me personally, our current front runner for pres (in my opinion) is white, but our next one up is not white and I’m wondering what would happen to us if she won

Why is having a non-white president such a big deal, I feel like what matters is the quality of the president, white or not
