Why is Phipsi ranked so high?

why is phipsi ranked so high on this site, im in one of consistently top ranked frats and I understand when a certain 4 frats are ranked high, but I never hear the girls in top strats I know talking about phipsi, do I just know the wrong girls, what am I missing?
