TOP - they get the most hot girls and are most desired for mixers and all mix with the top fraternities regularly.
SK APHI TRIDELT ASA
MID- get some hot girls and get decent mixers but not as regular as the top.
THETA ZETA TRISIG PHIMU
BASE- get less hot girls but mixer variety is a bit more limited.
AST PHISIG ADPI GPHI
the order within tiers is mostly interchangeable based on preference except AST could be moved up with the rest of the middle.
