some might do COB if they need to get their chapter size to the total average. the ones that do might only have a couple spots to fill. A lot of chapters have done it in the past couple years

Even if one sorority messed up their callbacks, most those girls should still have other places to go. Girls are upset with rush every year, houses get and lose girls they want every year

If they did it in the fall they might have more spots to fill in the spring, chapters won’t know until everyone is back
