JMU FRAT HOT TAKES

-A good amount of the guys in D Sig aren’t nice human beings
-ATO is going to fall off a lot unless more frats start going off campus soon
- KDR is better than Beta and is rising, had a good pledge class this semester
- The guys in KA are better than the guys in D Sig, just nicer overall
- Nobody knows anything about Sig Ep and they are the most random frat on campus
-Pi Kapp is another fraternity that is very random and is falling off but used to be very good
- Phi Psi is going to be a considered a top fraternity by 2024
- Aepi won’t be bottom anymore by 2024 much better than the frats in its category
- Theta chi will have a large rise and will be top by 2026
-Lambda has been falling a lot but will never be bottom or anything
- Pike won’t be considered top by the end of this semester
- Sig nu is the nice guys of the “top” frats
- FIGI will have a small rise due to new PNMS not knowing what happened in the past and large National presence
- It’s hard for people to see A sig as respected socially now
- At least 2 frats will get kicked off within the next 4 years probably more
- At least one new frat will her chartered within the next 4 years
- PBX was literally so fun during frog week and now I haven’t heard of them since
