pike isn’t that bad yet, but Signu and Phi psi i would say are better then them. Pike sits at 5.

I'm in one of pikes rivals and imo there's a very low chance tchi phipsi and even signu will be better than pike next year, rankings don't change that dramatically in a year

just bc pike doesn't have good housing next year isn't gonna make top sororities instantly not want to mix with them, the housing thing will gradually make them worse bc of rush, pnms like to see dope houses

Accurate but maybe for early 2025. Pike still has a chance to save themselves. Also I’d prolly switch asig and tchi.
