My female opinion on frat houses here

1. KA / D Sig / Pike
I think a lot of the guys in these frats are hot but a lot of times they have big egos and aren't very nice. There are a lot of guys in these houses that are kind good people but with other guys it’s noticeable how they fit the fraternity douchebag stereotype. They have a lot of sorority relations with my sorority and other good sorority’s and have good houses. They are generally considered the very top of fraternity’s so they have a lot of clout. I do have a lot of fun at these parties however. Pike has a lot of guys like this but I’ve heard that they are loosing there houses so I feel like they are going to fall out of this category very soon.

2. Sig nu/ Phi psi
These fraternity’s have mostly attractive but are less physically hot than the fraternity’s in the tier above. I would personally say that there are more cute guys in Sig nu than Phi Psi but not by a crazy amount. There’s are still some frat douchebags in these frats but less than the tries above. These guys are nicer to me than Pike KA and D Sig. I don’t really know why but they are more respectful to me when I walk in the door and always greet me with friendliness and I feel more safe at these places. These parties are a lot of fun but the houses are nicer in the tier above tbh. Also the sorority relations at these places are less strong than at the ones above but I hope they get better with my sorority.

3. A sig / theta chi
A Sig is full of pretty boys that remind me of tiktok kids not in a good way but they are cute. So many of the kids in this frat look the same and it freaks me out but they are cuties and they have that one basement house witch is nice so yeah. Theta chi is a fun fraternity and not all the guys are super cute but there are still a good amount of them for me to flirt with and have a fun time with when I go. They have there house left aid which is always good I wish they had more houses though. My sorority doesn’t mix with these as much but mix with A sig little more more than theta chi but not by too much. I don’t feel uncomfortable at these houses ever either and the guys are generally pretty nice.

Other than that I don’t show up to many other houses on weekends except occasionally I will go to Pi Kapp Kappa Sig and DTD and I have a solid time but I haven’t gone there enough to know much about them.
