Does Sigma Chi still exist?

Does anyone know if Sig Chi even exists anymore? These guys down my hall last year rushed them, but idek how they did that because they aren't advertised anywhere. Like I don't think they even have a house except one in the pit. I just don't know how they go from being a sorta well known off campus frat(like ATO) in 2018, 2019 after being kicked off in 2015 to not being mentioned at all the last 2 years. Just very confusing to me and I always wanted to know what happened.

they lost their 2 main party houses and a few manor and forest since like 2018 so that’s why they dropped off so fast.

Ah ok that explains a lot. So do they exist at all anymore to your knowledge or nah

No apparently they only have a couple members and they are all graduating so they are giving their pit house to KDR.
