Pike Losing all their Houses

Why is no one talking about how pike lost almost all of their houses…. they falling hard and only mixing with other frats to try to stay afloat.

still in the first semester, it will start to stink in next semester that they have fallen off. They are falling hard and fast, plus their fall 2019 is gone after this year, then its just the zoom kids and the snfs.

Heard they are getting some mud condos kinda near chapter to try and "replace" main, from what I've seen the 3 building complex will hold 52 of them but the party areas will be like manor/forest and ig there's a parking lot they could run darties at

Also heard signu lost colonial to kapsig if true that little duo of pike signu is really on the down

If this is true that’s actually funny af because kapsig actually had colonial in like 2014/2015 before they went off campus for a few years
