heres an honest review cuz im bored at work
Pike and Dsig = Jersey shore vibes big parties rep for being douchey
lambda and theta chi= high gpa sit next to these guys in class
fiji phi psi sig ep= shrooms
KA= gymbros
alpha sigma= mostly Northern VA mixed reviews
Kappa Sigma= Richmond, tall w/ beards, play country, used to be off campus
Beta= band kids, nova
PBX= richmond off campus huge house older guys cool younger R lil dorky
Sig nu= short and cuddly looking girls like them

pick based on the kids in your grade you want to be friends with top fraternity will typically change every year

i think the last sentence sums it up best. who is and isn’t “top” can change really fast. fiji was running the game in 2017-2019 and now look where they are. try not to worry abt a house’s standing and more on if you vibe with the guys or not
