Is theta chi a good frat to rush this fall?

Are there parties fun and are they growing and on the rise? Should I rush a different one instead? Should I stay away?

Growing in numbers yes, but not on the rise when it comes to sorority relations, they aren't gonna crack the top 5. Rush it though you might like the guys.
