What frats are rising

yeah fiji has some solid houses(white house is amazing) but like 70-80% of their frat are made up entirely of seniors, who graduate this year, and juniors. and apparently their spring pledge class had like 4 people in it last time i heard. Beta definitley seems poised to be a lower mid to mid house next year which for them is a great step foward, and theta chi along with phi psi seem to be being very close to or on the same level as sig nu right now, which puts them directly below the top 3 houses but well above all the other "mid tier" houses

Definitely not upper mid they’re lower mid MAYBE mid but are for sure rising
