When do sororities announce/start COB? I’ve always been on the fence about joining one and now that rush is over I wish I had rushed

no one announces it unless they're really really struggling for new members and I think everyone met quota....and it's very secretive and unless you already rushed or are a sophomore in a sorority friend group then its highly unlikely you'll get an in
