Every fraternity has fun parties I agree.. but there is a HUGE difference from dsig, pike, snu, ato, and ka from the other fraternities. Houses, mixers, and history matters a lot. People use the “this isn’t bama” on like every greekrank page including uva. That’s not a good argument.

The best houses in hburg get switched around the top frats every few years. You are such a geed of you think every frat gets a chance to have the houses that the top tiers have? Moron

Okay not here to talk down about any fraternity or anything but the truth is that yes, mid tier fraternities will mix with “top” sororities. But that happens once in a blue moon compared to “top” fraternities mixing with top sororities 2-3 times a week. And for the housing comment I agree that housing doesn’t make you top but having a ginormous basement to throw at is something that only 4-5 fraternities can do. (Ginormous basements). Although every frat at jmu has At least one house with a decent d-floor, if you have been to a bunch of different houses it is painfully obvious who has the best houses. And it obviously happens to be the top fraternities here lol. I know a lot of other girls on here can attest to the major difference between basements/houses in between the “tiers” or whatever. It does make a difference and I know for sure that my sorority (and I’m sure other ones too) prefer partying at colonial, bung, whitehouse ect. Over the other houses that frats use as their main.

Girl you don’t need to write a whole three part series novel just because the irrelevant sorority girls^^ wish the sweatshirts their boyfriends give them had different letters on them. They know the truth and so does everybody else. Take a chill pill, or two
