Which fraternities do you think has the best houses and best basements? GB is always a great house for parties, but low-key wack basement. What're y'all think?

None of them lol have y’all ever been to another school?? All the frat houses at JMU are terrible in comparison. Not their fault tho, Harrisonburg just isn’t built for a large Greek life presence

While yes the houses don’t compare to bigger schools. Packed house parties are what we are known for tho and in my opinion a better time than 90% of the other schools around. There’s a reason everyone goes to JMU for halloweekend and not Tech

Asig has a pretty good basement. Honestly the best guys all around too
