ASA got butt hurt
by: HmmmWell looks like all the posts naming the ASA who was stalking the JMU24 Facebook page were taken down. It was only a matter of time. But how classless can you be to go on there. Because you’re only Going on looks. And that just adds to the reasons why lots of girls don’t rush or drop rush. Good luck girls in the real world. The lower tiers won’t hire you when they’re making bank and you’re fighting for scraps

Hold up, just because someone doesn’t like ASA girls it doesn’t mean they aren’t pretty or they’re jealous. I don’t even think ASA girls think like that as a whole. But like every sorority that has a group of girls that are hard to approach and seem to all be pretty in that group, ASA has more of those girls. I know girls in ASA who aren’t that pretty. But they’ve got confidence to make themselves fit in. But I think the point of this post was that some girls in ASA are giving the sorority an even worse reputation by openly scouring new girls for potential recruits. It doesn’t look good for any sorority that does this. Some do it quietly, but this wasn’t.

Let me clear things up. Even if it were true that asa girls were stalking the JMU24 fb page (i actually have no idea if that’s def true or not) , it doesn’t even matter. Girls who are looking at potential recruits have no ability to secure them a bid into ASA. We don’t dirty rush. And who even knows if that is the reason the girls joined the fb page. Maybe they were trying to sell books or dorm decor, etc. Idk. But during recruitment, the potential recruits that were supposedly stalked on fb has to talk to and be voted by several ASA members. So ASA girls that joined the JMU24 group won’t be the only ones voting on the recruit. And if you say “they can just tell their best friends to vote for them” that is not how it goes. We are all put randomly in bump groups. Also for those who say we vote girls on how pretty they are, are so wrong. It is completely on their personality and their interactions with ASA members while in the house. But I’m not gonna lie, some people subconsciously judge girls on how they dress / look and this is common in general for a lot of people, which is sad ,but personality is the most important and is what’s only judged in our recruitment process. I have seen rlly pretty girls who have been dropped by us. Please stop spreading fake news. Our recruitment process is much like everyone else’s and we do not dirty rush.

You don’t vote on personality because three of the rudest and unfriendliest girls from my high school are in your sorority, but they’re pretty. That’s all you vote on is looks and maybe a few chubby girls from NJ get in because they’re loud and fun.
