burning question

My fraternity has been considered an upper middle tier after working hard to get out of the middle middle tier, but we cannot seem to break into the lower tier of the lower middle tier of upper tier. Can anybody in the lower tier of the lower middle tier of upper tier fraternities here give me advice on intra tier improvement?

Have been considering putting signs on campus but keep getting put off by worrying this will just put us back into upper middle tier of the middle tier of mid tiers...

I think you need to rank your own brothers in tiers, then drop the lowest tier of the low tier brothers to raise the quality of brothers and so your tier goes up to lower upper middle tier. Happy tier chasing!
