By doing these ranks you are pushing girls to drop out of rush. Does it really freaking matter if you were in the "top" sorority or the "bottom" sorority. It's 3-4 years of your life that you will never get back so let people be where they wanna be and let them join who they wanna join and don't judge them on it. It's ridiculous!

I think ranks are stupid. But Tri Delta had a near perfect return rate. How can they be third? And Phi Sig and ADPI and stirring up so much hate in the lower tiers so how can they be above GPHI? And stop putting DG on its own island. It's just mean
