order in tiers matter

pike/sig nu/ka/d sig [the big 4 at the moment; ka falling, d sig rising]
pi kapp/lambda/a sig/fiji [a sig rising]
dtd/phi psi/kappa sig/sig ep [dtd/phi psi rising; sig ep/kappa sig falling]
theta chi/aepi/kdr [kdr falling]
du/beta [both blow but beta is newer so its worse]

Sig Ep had decent brotherhood, but all the guys who were actually cool got kicked out by nationals and ever since then they've only been going downhill
