best frat houses?

Hey I just committed to JMU for next year and was wondering what some of the best frat houses are around JMU? I went to one party when I visited a friend and we went to PIKE's Bunglow. What are some of the other best houses around JMU?

gingerbread (going to younglife next year), colonial (sig nu's house near downtown) and ato main (occupied by pike but ato getting it back next year) are some of the other best houses

Is Fiji actually losing gingerbread. I hear this every year and never know if it’s true

Colonial (sig nu), gingerbread (fiji), leftaid (theta chi) and KA’s are definitely my favorite :)

Sig nu has colonial and chapter which are both real nice houses and KA has White House, capital, the 12s, and the estate. My favorite house is sig chi’s house at the end of Greenbriar

sig ep is getting colonial after next year. they worked on a trade with sig nu

Next year: Colonial and Chapter (Sig Nu), Gingerbread and White House (Fiji), Main (Pike), Left Aid (Theta Chi), Greenbrier (Sig Chi), and KA has the 12's and the their White House
