And the funny thing is the girls in the bottom tier are the absolute nicest! I have hallmates in almost all of these and the ones in the top are having a tough time. The ones in the bottom are having a great time and meeting genuine people. Not everything is about looks and popularity. One day people on this site will realize that.

being the nicest doesn't show through recruitment if the girls are socially awkward. so many girls in the bottom drop when they join other clubs and make better friends. the bottom may be nice but it doesn't keep their members around for very long.

You are full of crap! Being nice does keep your members, at least the good ones. Who want's to be in a sorority with a bunch of fake girls who back stab and don't care about anything other than hooking up with guys and partying. It's easy for someone in a "top" sorority to look down upon someone in a bottom one, but when you graduate and get into the real world you will mature and you will say to yourself "why was I like that?" Believe me, I was in one of those top sororities and we weren't always the nicest and I regret that a lot!
