Pike, KA: top tier, best mixers. Neither are going anywhere
ATO: same as above, but off campus for who knows how long
DX: continuing to get worse as their older guys graduate. Off campus
Pikapp: may be completely off campus next semester and lost most of their housing. They're screwed
Delta sig: undisputed tippity top of the top tiers!
SX: probably the best underground frat besides ATO. They've done well to survive over the years.
SigEp: have good mixers, but also have an uncertainty future at this time.
Lambda: I think they're interchangeable with Fiji. Both go pretty hard at the expense of the stronger social schedules of the top tiers.
Fiji: in the past, they were a runaway train, but now they're much stronger and throw awesome parties.
TKE: people say their improving, haven't seen it
DTD: probably the best of the bottom tiers, slated to improve IMO
Alpha sig: goobery, strong brotherhood
KDR: good parties, that's it
Theta chi: lost left aid after a year. SAD!
