Not sure if I really agree with you, TKE has been getting significantly better. Definitely not top tier or even upper middle, but definitely at least middle moving up.

Tke in the bottom tier who do they even mix with? Kappa sig Fiji and lambda aren't great but they still mix with decent/good sororities
