Here at SigEp we don't believe life is a pass fail which is why instead on one semester of pledging we have the Balance Man Program (BMP). SigEp’s Balanced Man Program provides the structure, support and guidance required for today’s student to fully utilize the 90 percent of college they spend outside of classroom walls. Based on equal rights and responsibilities for all members, the program’s progressive challenges provide brothers the opportunity to grow and fine-tune skills they can’t get in the classroom.

The Balanced Man Program is the true traditional experience. Our founders did not establish the fraternity with two-tiered membership. Pledging as it is known today came to be after World War II. The Balanced Man Program brings us closer to the traditions and intentions of our founders.
