Not necessarily but they're definitely trending in a good direction. They were great here in the past but their housing isn't on the level of a lot of other fraternities

Why would they go from nothing to top tier just because jmu says their a real fraternity again? The fraternity itself is staying the same at this point, they're going to have to start from the bottom up

because they were before. Imagine ATO suddenly getting their charter back. Theyd be right on top. It's not like Kappa Sig stopped taking pledge classes and they still have hot, fun guys

I agree. They are just a drinking club until they actually get known again and can throw more than a party a week

I went to a lot of their parties last semester and they had the best pledge class out of every fraternity no exaggeration. Definitely better than most of the fraternities already here

that's because it's very rare for a fraternity to be top, go underground, and re-emerge with such a strong base. They aren't coming on as a bunch of random kids like alpha sig or something. This discussion is more about how quickly they will rise into relevance and how high they can rise in general with the momentum they have going for them
