honest rankings for this semester

Lets all be honest, Greek Rank isn't the most reliable source when it comes to learning about fraternities and sororities at JMU. People, especially pledges, are constantly making multiple accounts at a time in an attempt to make themselves look way better than they actually are or someone else look way worse (how else can you explain 20 comments on one post saying "they suck").

This semester I have gotten a popular consensus on who people actually think are the top fraternities on campus. I know some of you will disagree but here you go...

Top tier:
KA
Pike
Middle top tier:
ATO (They used to be better but after getting kicked off they dropped a little bit. Still good with lots of parties.)
Sig Nu (Big parties, big houses)
SigEp (Got in trouble this year but hasn't effected them much. Still throwing big parties)
Pi Kapp (Been throwing big parties this year and seem to be rising)

Delta Sig has been rising but I haven't heard many people say they're top tier just yet
