Rumor has it a notebook got leaked with info about sig eps hazing procedures, lineups etc. Will these balanced men make it to the end of the semester?

Membership in Sigma Phi Epsilon is a right, not a privilege. This right comes with high expectations. Balanced Men are expected to participate in the chapter experience to improve themselves, their chapter, their campus and their community.

The standards board will meet with the members in question in accordance with the Fraternity’s trial procedures and discuss his performance. There are three possible outcomes to this standards board meeting:

. Resignation
. Expulsion
. Commitment to plan with specific benchmarks (rare cases)

Some need to learn accountability to the ritual. If they aren't making individual progress through the challenges to reach Epsilon or Brother Mentor status, then the chaplain needs to summon these "lapsers" to a disciplinary hearing.
