(Not in order, just tiers)
Top- KA, ATO, Pike
Mid top- Pi kap, sig ep, sig nu, delta chi
Mid- lambda chi, sig chi, delta sig,
Lower mid- Tke, Fiji, DTD, Alpha sig
Bottom- theta chi, KDR, AEPi, DU

I don't know if you have been to TKE lately but they actually have been pretty decent nowadays. Not middle, but not bad.

Sig ep is above lambda and above delta sig. The closest in that section is sig chi, and thats a toss up depending on who you ask
