rushing a fraternity as a junior

I'm transferring in from community college, but that means I'll be a junior. Do fraternities give bids to juniors? I was especially thinking frats like sig nu and sig ep

Depends on how many years you have left. If you have only two years at jmu and you don't know anybody really well, avoid KA, Pike, SN, SPE, ATO, PBX and PiKapp. They really don't want anyone with less than 3 years at jmu.

When the Balanced Man Program is properly executed it perfectly aligns with year-round recruitment. Self-paced challenges allow for members to enter and exit challenges at their own pace. Let's say your chapter recruits a member in October. The members in the Sigma challenge have completed three of the eight Sigma Challenge meetings that semester. Have the new member join the rest of the members in the Sigma challenge for the remaining five meetings. Then he can attend the first three meetings the next semester.
