Which sororities are the hardest to get a bid from and why? What do each sorority look for in a girl?

Every sorority is hard to get a bid from (except for a few) because they are all "targeting" different types of girls. Each sorority here is is unique and different so they all go for girls who will suit their chapter and will be able to bring something to the table. Everyone will say oh the "top tier" is the hardest to get a bid from and the "bottom tier" is the hardest to get a bid from. Well guess what? After second rounds when I rushed I was dropped by AST and adpi ("bottom" sororities) but I was invited back to SK ZTA ASA and Tri sig ("top" sororities). Each chapter is amazing here and you will get dropped by at least one chapter (it's very very rare to not be dropped by anyone) so don't take it personal.

It seems like tri delta, zeta, asa, and maybe sk are the hardest. Tri sig is also hard because they're looking for a hipster/stoner vibe typically. Aphi is also becoming harder each year. I think in a few years phi mu and theta may also become harder.

Last year aphi, sk, tri delt, and zeta were the hardest to get a bid from because they had the highest return rate percentages therefore they basically got to hand select the girls they wanted, but as the person said above you will get dropped from one or more houses you like because even though it hurts in the moment you can only have one at the end.
