recruitment

Sorority recruitment here is very competitive. If you have two houses on pref night and don't suicide bid you will get a bid. There is not enough bids to give out to every girl rushing and they pretty much rely on so many girls dropping out of recruitment which does happen because on pref night my rho gamma group pretty much split in half. Often times, girls drop out of the recruitment process because they don't like the houses they have left or they just realize that the whole sorority thing isn't for them. Dont let this information intimidate you, I promise if you stick through the process and stay true to yourself you will find your home. Good luck with recruitment and GET EXCITED!

This is not a BIG 10 or SEC school so it is not that competitive (contrary to what some people on here want you think lol). However, not everyone will get a bid. Like every sorority does drop people (yes even DG) based on their High School/College GPA for the first round of drops. Go through recruitment with an open mind and be nice to people in every house and I hope you find your home!

Sorority rush here is competitive but dont let that scare you off. They are hard to get in because of how good they all are, so you should be excited to go to a school with a bit of competition! I heard KA wasnt too picky though so i'd definitely give them a try.

apparently there are a lot of girls signed up for recruitment already, like more that usual at this point in the summer so that means more girls will be rushing this year and therefore it will be more competitive. don't stress out about it too much though because everyone usually ends up where they belong
