When rushing don't base everything on tier. The good frats mix with middle tiers and also at jmu even the middle tier soroities are fun and great to be a part of. I dropped what people would consider the very top tiers and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Really tiers change so much and no one really cares as long as your cool. These people are going to be your friends for life not just 4 years so you can say you're number one. Also who really decides whose best. If everyone actually had to decide their soroities would be number one
