One of the first to be off campus with their own house; definitely top tier with a great group of guys who continue to push forth their good ideals and fun

I don't know. I see them as middle tier. I never was fond of them simply because they aren't the best looking and they aren't the classiest of kids. My two cents.

They are pretty popular. Good to mix with because theyre a bigger frat. only half are good looking, all dress pretty nice. They hate delta chi and wish Pikapp was still living next door instead..

Parties aren't that good but the guys dress nice and are actually fratty--not like Sig Ep or Sigma Nu. Easily have the best philanthropy on campus (Derby Days). Had a rivalry going last year with Delta Chi but it seems to have died down. Definitely one of the top 3 fraternities on campus.
