Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 3.2 Middle tier. Their parties are pretty fun. They seem to get along with each other. They are rising albeit slowly. The guys can be a little creepy but they are moving away from that. Most likely will be upper tier in a couple years.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 3.8 Parties are always a good time. The guys are really nice, except for your occasional creep. But you can find those in almost all frats. Definitely favorite frat this year.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 1.0 They lead the bottom tier at best....these guys have a reputation for being creepy and girls hate them which explains why their parties are always huge sausagefests
