They try way too hard and bash other frats hoping they'll look good in the process. Sorry boys, you're not fooling anyone. Especially in your "fratstar" clothes and less than average personalities. Stop trying so hard and maybe more people would like you

If FIJI would be more aggressive, sociable and ougoing, your fraternity would be one of the better ones on campus. You have the potential to become that fratrnity. It is up to your brotherhood.

They seem to get along with each other and they have a decent sized membership but they really need improvement on the kind of guys they extend bids to.
