Just because they don't dress fratty and are from the North doesn't mean they can't be top tier. For the record, some of us actually like guys in flat brims. Run on off to your plantation, hater.

Alpha Tau Omega - ΑΤΩ Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 3.3 ATO is considered upper tier but they have been going downhill over the past year or two. The older guys made the frat what it is today. The parties are usually overcrowded, very northern, and run out of alcohol fast.
