They have no sense of brotherhood, they dont have a real pledge process, and they have really bad parties. Overall one of the worst chapters here.

Not gentlemen like at all! Really just a bunch of Northern guido guys. I came to JMU thinking KA would be a good Southern fraternity like at other schools but I found out after our first mixer that they are not Southern at all. Some of my sisters, the Northern ones mainly, like their parties but that is really all they have going for them.
