Well-liked/known. Took very large pledge classes but that seems to have done more harm than good. Very diverse though not exactly in a good way. Parties need a lot of work but once that is done they will be top tier.

Very northern/guido. Either hated or loved. Throw a lot of parties and mix with some upper/top sororities. Upper/top tier.

Have a lot of members but it does not help much. The parties are awkward with the same group of 5 ASAs and freshmen. Seen as lower tier by most if not all. Going nowhere fast.

Used to be decent though because of recent events they have dropped off the charts. Sororities don't mix with them as often as they used to and they have been slipping a lot the past year. Take large pledge classes but they take just about anyone these days. It's sad to see them fall.

Used to be good but falling fast. Rude to girls these days. Rude to everybody really. Parties are not that fun. Can still come back but need work.

Very popular. Very involved. Very fun. Have some oddballs but the rest make up for it. Very northern and guido-ish but overall a very fun time.

Considered top tier though every party they have had that I have been to has been awkward and simply not fun. Nice house on the outside though inside it seems more of like an apartment complex. Can be top tier but in my opinion they are not yet.

Universally hated by the other frats here but gaining ground with sororities. Very diverse. Fun parties but you either love them or hate them.
