do chapters actually get to know u or is all surface?

during sorority rush, do chapters actually get to know you and take you as you are? Or is it super surface level based on looks and instagram? I keep reading things like “you’ll find your best fit” but will I actually be given a fair chance?

The first round is gonna seem a lot shallower, the rounds are just so short and it's hard to have deep conversations. However, as a PNM and an active, I noticed how deeply I was connecting on impact night and pref night.

Yes, some more chapters appear more looks orientated during recruitment, but speak on your passions and be confident, it will make a difference.

Honestly some chapters are shallow and only care about your looks, IG feed and ratio and it’ll be so obvious so if you’re not a surface level person then you know which houses aren’t your fit.
