how do winter and spring rush work for girls? do you have to know someone to be considered?

it depends! some sororities publicize winter and spring rush, while others keep it on the down low. it also depends on the year and how many members they're looking for.

they'll usually do some events where they get to know you and then potentially offer you a bid

does it help to know girls in that particular sorority? also, if you like a particular one but don't know someone in it, how do you get them to consider you?

yeah, it can help to know. it'd probably make it easier to hear about rush events.

If you like a particular one but don't have any connections, it might be more difficult. you could try DMing them on instagram but no guarantees that'll work.
