fall 2019 rank predictions: pre-rush

Pi phi: Had a terrible rep last year (worst of the top 3) but turned it around by adding better girls in the spring and also getting a killer pc. Got the famous youtuber which definitely helped their appeal. They shot their way to top and will probably do the same again

Dg: Got the 2nd best pc last rush to Pi Phi, they’re honestly all the same and it’s hard to tell the difference between them, lots of pretty brunettes tho lol. Will probably take the same type of vibe again this year (rich, insta model, edgy). Didn’t drastically change their rank like Pi Phi but did better than Alpha Phi for sure

Aphi: Got kinda screwed past rush and got the worst pc of the top 3, but might be able to recover by the time rush rolls around if they work some magic in the Spring like Pi Phi did last year. (Def wouldn’t say they’ve slipped to mid tier just yet tho like some posts on here)

Kappa: Got a similar pc to theta, I wouldn’t say one is extremely above the other. All of the girls in Kappa are generally sweet and drama free, they are genuinely friends with each other. All in all did pretty well with fall pc but should try harder to differentiate themselves from theta bc that could hurt them.

Theta: Same thing as above, pretty similar to Kappa and wouldn’t say they’re above or below them, should work on getting more girls that are more of a standout though they kinda disappeared this year. It’s hard to tell what kind of pc they’ll get but it’ll really be crucial in determining if they rank higher than Kappa
