These last two ratings are pretty bogus. For just one example from the last post, A Phi is not just a smidge better than axo is.
Upper Tier: (just the way it is)
Pi Phi / Alpha Phi
Delta Gamma
Middle Tier:
Kappa/ Theta (interchangable)
Lower Tier:
AChi O / Tri-Delt
Gamma Phi
AEPhi

this is coming from someone who rushed this year and actually met the people. in addition to the actives, i got to know the pledges and who got into where. based off of this year's pledge class and actives, i would rank them like so:
1) Pi Phi/ DG
2) Theta
3) Alpha Phi (had a really hard time with rush this year... apparently didn't even get enough pledges, had to call back people they turned down)
4) Kappa
5) AChiO
6) ADPi
7) Tri Delt
8) Gamma Phi
9) AEPhi
as a side note, there are people i liked in every house. its better to get to know the people than to read this website, but this is the way most people rushing felt and where they ended up going. but honestly, every house is fun and social in its own way so don't be so quick to judge! :)

honestly the tiers do exist but in every house you're going to find every kind of girl and every girl would be proud to rep her house, regardless of the rankings. if you're looking to rush you shouldn't be thinking about which ones are best rated, you should think about the girls you will want to spend the most time with in the years youll be involved.

whoever wrote "yes 18" obviously wrote 18 because it was commented on like a minute later.
also you're probs an aphi cause aphi is obviously 3/4 based on their pc this year..
i'd say:
dg/pi phi (pi phi for now.. pc13 wasnt their best)
aphi (slipping.. pc13 wasnt as good as usual too)/theta/kappa (pretty equal in regards to their pledge class)
axo
adpi
gphi
tridelt
aephi
