Mid: Sig Pi (everyone hates Sig Pis), ZBT

TOP: SigEp, ATO
UPPER MID: Zete, SigPi, ZBT
MID: SigNu
LOWER MID: DTD
BOTTOM: KappaSig, SigChi

- AEPi isn't IFC anymore and Zeta Phi Rho isn't IFC
- SigNu isn't higher than SigPi or ZBT
- DTD is better than SigChi and KappaSig, they actually have a chapter house
