Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 3.8 Really great girls! I'm in a different house and can honestly say that of the top houses this one is by far my favorite. They always seem to be having a good time and don't think they're better than you just because they're a top house.

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 4.4 Ask around and some people will say they are top (mostly guys in certain frats) most girls will say they are second. Either way its whatever, this house known as a top two house for sure with very chill girls

Girls rushing should have their own opinions and this website should not influence them. This website has a bunch of trolls. Honestly Pi Phi is a cool house. The girls are chill and outdoorsy, but know how to have a fun time. They are fun to be around. The house is SO far from everything. These girls are somewhat annoying because they think they are the best.

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 3.2 Pretty good looking girls for sure, above average. They're top tier after DG. Their retention rates haven't been the greatest, but they've managed to keep cute, fun girls. There not really seen on campus in letters a lot, but this summer i've seen more of them. Only bad thing about them is that their house is so far away. But I've heard they're fun to party with. You never really hear about an unclassy Pi-Phi
