They try their best during rush to look as a top house, and as they are ranked high, that is true. However, these girls are very clique-y and do not converse well outside of rush. They don't seem interested in girls who aren't in DG either. Not much into philanthropy as other sororities as well. Generalization, but that is how it comes across.
